These terms apply when you buy from this store. The seller is DEEPROLLER, INC., a New York corporation.

1. Who you’re buying from
DEEPROLLER, INC., 16 West 32nd Street, Suite 503, New York, NY 10001 (“we”). The products are made in South Korea by Medsapiens Co., Ltd..
2. Orders and prices
Prices are in US dollars and include import duties and taxes. Shipping to US addresses is free. Payment is taken at checkout, which is run by Shopify. An order is accepted when we send the email confirming it has shipped; until then we may cancel it, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was shown in error, and if we do, we refund you in full.
3. Shipping
We ship to addresses in the United States. How orders travel, and what happens if a parcel is delayed, damaged or lost, is set out on the shipping page.
4. Warranty and returns
The warranty and the return window are set out on the warranty and returns page. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law of your state.
5. Using the product
DeepRoller is exercise equipment. It’s not a medical device, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Read the safety notes in the movement guide before first use, and if you have a medical condition, talk to your doctor before using it.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a product is limited to the price you paid for it, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses. This doesn’t limit liability that can’t be limited by law.
7. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one shown here when you placed it.
