The shape. An ordinary roller is a straight cylinder, so on your back it rests on the ridge of bone down the middle. DeepRoller is narrowed through the center so that ridge passes between raised sections, which take the weight instead. We also publish each model’s diameter, length, weight and Shore A hardness, so you can compare it with what you already own.

Premium integral skin foam: a polyurethane foam molded so the outer skin and the core form one piece, rather than a cover over a filling. Small bubbles on the surface are part of how the material forms and are normal.

Yes, within 30 days of delivery, if it’s unused and in its original packaging. Because it goes back to Korea, you pay return postage, unless the roller arrived damaged, faulty or not what you ordered. Refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days of the return arriving.

Yes. The Travel Roller has an English video of 43 movements, grouped by desk, chair, wall and floor, and the larger rollers have their own video series. There’s also a guide booklet for each, sent by email when you ask for it.

It’s not for children under eight. If you have ankylosing spondylitis, scoliosis, a herniated disc or another spine condition, acute inflammation in a joint or ligament, or noticeable pain or numbness, talk to a physician or qualified professional first. The guide booklets add a suspected fracture or osteoporosis, recent surgery, a fever or infection, pregnancy, or cancer treatment. Stop if you feel pain, numbness or dizziness. Use it on a stable floor, wall or chair rather than a bed or sofa, and don’t lie face down with the roller under your stomach.
