“I already bought one of these and never used it.”

If you’re reading this, you may well own one already, and it probably cost less than this.

So the question isn’t what a roller costs. It’s how many times you reached for the last one. We can’t know that number — you can, and it’s the only one that decides whether this is expensive.

“A hundred and twenty-five dollars. For a foam roller.”

It’s four times what a plain cylinder costs, and a plain cylinder does roll.

The PU95 is 11.8 in long and cut away through the middle, so your spine passes under the gap instead of taking your weight. That shape is the patented part, and it’s the reason this one costs what it does. If you only want something round to lie on, buy the cheap one. We’d rather say that than sell you the wrong roller.

“They’re all the same anyway.”

On the surface, yes. They look alike and the listings read alike.

When the Korea Consumer Agency lab-tested twenty of them in 2024, firmness inside one material ran from 153 N to 441 N. The difference was there. What was missing were published numbers to compare. So ours are published.

“Last time it just hurt, so I stopped.”

It happens, and it’s not a discipline problem.

How much of your weight goes onto it’s something you set, not something the roller decides. The guide is built around starting lower than feels necessary. You can have it before you buy anything.

“There are three. I don’t know which one I need.”

Three is enough to stall on, especially when the differences are millimeters.

“Where is the evidence this does anything?”

There isn’t a trial on this roller, and we’re not going to imply one by wording a sentence carefully.

What we can show you is what was measured: diameter, length, weight and Shore A for all three, published per model. The shape is registered as a patent in four countries, which describes the design and says nothing about results. It’s exercise equipment, not a medical device, and the guide lists who should skip it.

“What if I don’t like it? Sending it back to Korea sounds expensive.”

Returns do travel back to Korea, and on an ordinary change of mind you pay that postage.

The window is 30 days from delivery, unused and in its original packaging. If it arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, the return is on us and so is the replacement. We say which is which up front rather than letting you find out after you open a support ticket.

“Ten days? I’m used to two-day shipping.”

It isn’t next-day, and pretending otherwise would just make the tracking email a disappointment.

It leaves within three business days and most orders land about ten days after payment. Duties are paid before it ships, so nothing is collected at your door and nothing is held at customs waiting for you to act. You get the tracking number the moment the label exists.

“I teach. Can I put this in front of clients?”

We can’t tell you it suits any particular client. You know their history and we don’t.

What we can hand you is the same set of numbers for every model, a guide of forty-three movements filmed by the person who designed the roller, and a written list of the conditions where it should be skipped. Wipe it down between people: the surface is the same material all the way through, not a cover over a core.

“It’s a gift. What if I pick the wrong one?”

Three sizes is exactly two more than a gift buyer wants to think about.

The three questions take about fifteen seconds and name one model, and the PU90 at $80 is the middle of the line for a reason. If it turns out to be the wrong size, the 30-day window covers an unused roller in its original box.

“It ships from Korea. What happens if something goes wrong?”

It does ship from Korea, and that’s a real distance.

Duties and import taxes are paid before the parcel reaches you, so the price on the page is the price you pay. If something is wrong with what arrives, it gets replaced, and the cover runs a year from delivery.

“I can’t feel it before I buy it.”

True, and for something you press your own weight into, that’s a genuine loss.
