Nothing to pay at the door.
Every order ships free to the United States with import duties and taxes already settled. The price on the page is the whole price.
What you pay
The price of the roller, and that’s all. Shipping costs you nothing. Import duties and taxes are paid before the parcel crosses the border, so no carrier will ask you for money on delivery. The trade term for this is DDP — delivered, duty paid.
How it travels
Your roller ships from South Korea with Korea Post: K-Packet for parcels up to 2 kg, EMS above that. It’s declared to US customs at the price you paid. When it ships, you get a shipping confirmation by email with the Korea Post tracking number.
How long it takes
Most orders arrive within 10 days of payment. We ship within 3 business days; if we can’t, we’ll tell you, and you can cancel for a full refund.
Where we ship
This store ships to addresses in the United States only.
If it arrives damaged, or doesn’t arrive
Damage that happened in transit is covered by the 365-day warranty: email a photo and your order number to corediet@deeprollerlabs.com and a replacement ships free. If tracking stops moving, write to the same address and we’ll trace it with Korea Post. If it turns out to be lost, we send a replacement or refund you in full.
